POSITION - Secretary/Office Assistant LOCATION - 1 Blue Hill Plaza, 3rd Fl, Pearl River, NY 10965 (Regional Office-Rockland Cty) REQUIREMENTS:
Possess 5 years comparable experience as a secretary or office assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Able to attend job meetings and prepare accurate minutes, draft correspondence for review, create simple calculating spreadsheets and print out reports as required.
Must have excellent telephone skills and be able to implement office procedures.
Prior Construction experience is a plus.
