We are looking for a team player willing to take direction.
This is a hands-on job, requiring good handy-man skills such as basic plumbing, electric and carpentry skills for apartment turnovers and resident/property work orders.
We are looking for someone willing and able to do whatever it takes to keep property running smoothly.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to bend/lift/climb stairs/carry 75 lbs, as well as shovel snow, and similar physical activities etc.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to write, read and speak English Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Provide Own Basic Hand Tools Must be available for after-hours/weekend calls when needed Compensation:
